The non‑anonymous channel for organizational matters is a straightforward way
to get in touch with me about practical questions and arrangements.
It cannot, however, be discreet: for business e‑mails the legal imprint requirement applies,
which means that each of my replies carries my name and all mandatory information.
Every message is therefore automatically official correspondence from the psychologist – correct, but possibly not what you are looking for.
Nevertheless, this channel has its place and may occasionally be the medium of choice for many organizational questions.

Even for purely organizational matters I already offer highly secure alternatives through dedicated contact media.
Even organizational messages are protected there from the very beginning.
This means that the chain of discretion starts with the first inquiry.
The price for this security is not money, but handling: you need specific e‑mail and messenger services that meet the requirements,
and use is somewhat more elaborate due to TAN protection and additional steps.
At the beginning this involves some extra effort for you, since you will receive individual access data from me.

Discretion does not end with the last conversation
If you were satisfied with my work, please do not leave a review on Google.
It would be like a reinforced door, only to leave the key under the doormat at the end. – A public review can undo the carefully constructed discretion of the entire communication.
In a chain, a single weak link is enough to destroy its stability. The same applies to discretion: one publicly visible hint can be sufficient to break the chain of seamless confidentiality – and thereby fully compromise the protection it provides you.
I consciously forgo public reviews — because discretion does not end where visibility might benefit me. Your feedback is welcome through the high‑security channels we already use, direct and protected to the very last note.
Your discretion has a price when it is uncompromising and non‑negotiable. For me as well!

I offer full consultation and correspondence in English. For any other language, I use only locally installed offline translation tools to guarantee the highest level of confidentiality.

Terms of Confidential Communication

The discreet communication channels are intended for two groups:
Communication takes place via discreet channels such as Tuta Mail, Signal, or Threema.
1. Individuals with a personal matter
If you contact me on your own behalf, communication will be pseudonymised. This means you may write under a freely chosen name without your actual identity being recorded or verified.
Important: All messages from individuals acting on their own behalf via discreet communication channels (Tuta e‑mail, Signal messenger, or Threema messenger) are without exception treated by me as pseudonymous communication. This means, among other things:
- No matter what name or sender designation appears in the message or messenger profile, I will treat this “name” as the basis for a pseudonym, even if it appears to be a real name. For example, someone signing as “Peter Muster” will receive a pseudonym derived from that sequence of letters. I do not verify identities; all “names” are pseudonyms for me.
- Even if the message contains a complete data set with apparent contact details, for example in the footer of an e‑mail or in a messenger profile, such details are not treated as real contact information but as part of a pseudonymous role. Such information is treated as ordinary text within the meaning of a fictitious pseudonymous identity, not evaluated, not stored in databases, not verified, and never used for contact attempts.
- To increase trace‑resistance on your system, I also reply pseudonymously in secure communication channels.
- For organisational messages that are not intended to create a pseudonymous identity, please use the regular e‑mail address or the voice box.
Requirements for use
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You act solely on your own behalf.
- You have full legal capacity and are not legally represented.
- Use for testing, training, or evaluation purposes is excluded.
2. Intermediaries
These rules apply to persons or organisations who establish contact with third parties for me via my discreet communication channels (e.g. Signal, Threema, Tuta Mail, or in person).
Purpose and scope
I use these rules to ensure the secure and confidential initiation of contacts when you approach me on behalf of or in the interest of a third party (“data subject”). Intermediary contacts are not pseudonymised by me, as I clearly assign you as a partner.
Confidentiality & data protection
- In the initial contact, do not transmit real names or clearly identifiable data of the data subject before their explicit consent has been obtained.
- All information you provide will be used by me exclusively for establishing contact within the agreed purpose.
- No storage or disclosure to unauthorised third parties takes place.
Form of initial contact
- Please state in the initial contact your function (e.g. concierge service, personal assistant, medical practice, law firm, security service, etc.), the matter in bullet points, and the desired contact channel of the data subject.
- Each request immediately receives a unique client ID, which I will mention in my reply.
- If no preferred reply channel is specified, I will respond via the same channel through which the request was received.
Consent of the data subject
- By submitting your request, you confirm that valid consent for forwarding the request exists, or that you are transmitting anonymised information only.
- The responsibility for obtaining and ensuring the validity of this consent lies with you.
Role and liability limitations
- You act on your own responsibility and are not authorised to make professional or other commitments in my name.
- I accept no liability for content or statements originating from you.
Availability & absence
- I will inform you in good time of planned absences.
- During such times, incoming requests will not be processed unless we have agreed on an individual emergency arrangement.
Security obligations
- Use the secure channels provided exclusively for their intended purpose.
- Do not disclose access data or confidential information.
Termination of cooperation
- Both parties may terminate the cooperation at any time without giving reasons.
- Requests already received but not yet processed will be completed or deleted in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Why I Do Not Use Contact Forms
Many contact forms appear secure from the outside, because one writes directly on the website and seemingly leaves no traces. However, behind the scenes such forms rely on transmission paths that often do not meet the actual protection requirements of sensitive communication. Even with solutions advertised as end‑to‑end encrypted, I have been able to read complete messages directly in the browser – which can have fatal consequences on shared devices. For these reasons, I have deliberately chosen communication channels that provide genuine end‑to‑end encryption and operate with minimal traces on your device – such as Tuta or Signal.
